Alexander is 8 months old today!
It's been far too long since I've logged what's going on with sweet little Xander on the blog, so let's make up for lost time. :-)
Alexander's stats at 8 months old:
Weight: 17 lbs 12 oz.
Teeth: 2
Loves to eat: Peas, Bananas and crackers
Hates to eat: any type of rice, oatmeal or grain baby cereal
Laughs the most at: basically anything he sees Maggie doing
First "words" (babbles): Dada
Free Throw shooting average: 12%
Loves: walking outside in the stroller
Doesn't love: walking outside in the Baby Bjorn Carrier
Mobility: In keeping with his siblings, not the least interested in mobility at this stage
ACT score: 33
Family nickname: "World's Best Baby" a.k.a. the WBB
Myers-Briggs profile: ENTS
Eat/Sleep schedule: Has four 7 oz. bottles each day, usually sleeps from about 7:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. at night
Clone status: May or may not be a genetic clone to his big brother.
The word that comes to mind when I think of Xander is "delight." He is a pure delight; he has taught me what it is to delight in someone you love and given me a new understanding of how God delights in his children.
And without further ado, some pictures of this little delight of a child:
